Sant is the Head of India at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm’s operations in India. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Sant held senior leadership positions across small and large global investment management firms, including as Head of Global Asset Management Operations India at Macquarie Group.

Sant completed the post-graduate program in management for executives from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
