Our managers work hard to ensure that your internship is as meaningful as it can be. We care about your success, and we want you to get the most out of your time with us. The opportunities available range across different teams but all include a unique social program just for interns.

Can I apply for more than one internship at once?
Yes, you can submit multiple applications. During your initial phone screening, a member of our recruitment team will ask which is your preferred internship if you apply for more than one.
Can I work from home?
The approach varies by team and affiliate, but we are proud to offer a hybrid work approach. Interns typically follow the routine of the team they are hired with.
What qualifications do I need to apply?
We offer internships to students in university who are actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree, but we also have opportunities for students in college depending on the internship. Qualifications will vary depending on the team.
When does the internship start/end?
We offer internships year-round that follow a summer, fall, winter co-op cycle.
What training or upskilling will I receive as an intern?
You will learn many skills during your internship. Your mentor will add to the foundation you learn in school and allow you the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and manage tasks. We offer a structured process for feedback that includes frequent touchpoints with your mentor as well as a mid-internship and end-of-contract performance review.
Do interns typically get hired at the firm after completing the program?
Full-time opportunities are dependent on availability, but we encourage all our interns to keep an eye on open opportunities as we are always growing!
How many interns do you hire every summer?
Hiring varies by affiliate but we almost always have active internships.
Do you offer off-cycle internships? I.e., are there any fall/spring opportunities?
We offer year-round internships; however, we most often sync them with co-op program work terms during the periods below:
- May to August
- September to December
- January to April
