Diana is the Head of Human Resources for Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, responsible for the people strategy of the firm. Previously, Diana was a Partner at Deloitte where she led the Talent Experience portfolio which included leadership of the HR Business Partners, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Diana brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and integrating people and culture with business strategy.

Diana has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of British Columbia, a Diploma in Human Resources from BCIT and recently obtained her Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
