Patrick is the leader of the Legal & Compliance Team at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, responsible for all legal issues while also ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and other regulatory requirements. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and prior to joining the firm in 2001, Patrick held senior positions in the General Counsel Office at the Canadian Venture Exchange and as Senior Counsel at the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
