Mawnan is Vice President of Institutional Sales at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, responsible for sales and business development across Western Canada.

Mawnan brings over 10 years of industry experience, joining CC&L Financial Group in 2021. Mawnan previously held several positions with CIBC Asset Management where he took on increasing responsibilities for business development initiatives across Western Canadian brokerage and private wealth client segments.

Mawnan has a Master of Business Administration, awarded with distinction from the Ivey Business School Western University and a Bachelors of Contemporary Studies & Political Science, Honors from the University of King’s College.

Mawnan is an active volunteer in the startup space, acting as a mentor and executive-in-residence for programs including Fintech Cadence and Hyper Accelerator.
