Josh Borys is a Managing Director at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, with a focus on supporting and partnering with the firm’s private market affiliates. In this role, Josh adds dedicated leadership capacity to an important and growing area of the business, working closely with affiliates to support long‑term growth and strategic alignment across private markets.  

Josh brings over 17 years of experience in private credit investing. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Partner at Sagard, focused on Sagard Credit Partners, the firm’s opportunistic direct lending strategy. Before that, he worked in the private credit business at CPP Investments. He holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
