We are seeking a Hydropower Analyst to join our Asset Management Team in Toronto. Reporting to the Hydropower Asset Manager, you will work as a member of a collaborative and performance-driven team. You will work closely with Asset Management professionals to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our hydropower portfolio. Your primary focus of work will be on CC&L Infrastructure’s four hydropower assets in British Columbia and Ontario, including run-of-river, peaking, and seasonal storage assets. Each asset is approximately 20MW - 30 MW with the operations and maintenance conducted by CC&L-employed team members. This role presents the unique opportunity to garner hands-on experience and knowledge related to various functions of the hydropower business, working directly with Operators in the field to members of the Board of Directors. The role is expected to be dynamic, with the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities across CC&L’s other renewable energy assets.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is a discretionary annual performance bonus which may represent a significant proportion of total compensation for this position.
