In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the experience that our Wealth Advisors deliver to their clients. Acting as a strategic and hands-on partner, you will help embed modern tools and consistent, client-centric practices across the business.

A core focus of this position is leading the integration, launch, and ongoing adoption of Conquest financial planning software, enabling Advisors to deliver a more comprehensive, goals-based client experience. What You Will Do:
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Conquest financial planning software.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to deliver an optimized Advisor and client experience.  
  • Design and deliver Wealth Advisor training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to drive adoption of tools and processes.
  • Support Advisors in delivering a holistic, goals‑based experience that compliments investment management.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and troubleshooting support to Advisors.
  • Enable Advisors to confidently refer financial planning and tax opportunities to qualified external professionals, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience.
  • Participate in client meetings where advanced case support would enable the sales process.
What You Bring:
  • A CFP designation
  • 10+ years in wealth management, private wealth, or wealth planning roles.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Conquest financial planning software.
  • Strong financial planning foundation and client advisory skills.
  • Experience coaching or enabling Wealth Advisors directly.
  • Proven change management experience, including adoption of new tools or processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual performance bonus, our long-term incentive program and profit sharing.
